We collect email address, username, and basic usage data (videos watched, likes, etc.) to provide personalized features.

Some parts of PornLab are loaded directly from third-party servers: embedded video players and short preview clips of our content partners (such as the Tube Corporate network and Eporner), advertising and affiliate networks (such as ExoClick) and Google Analytics. Preview clips on video listing pages are loaded from the partner's server when you hover over a video card or when the card scrolls into view (on mobile devices this happens while you scroll). When your browser loads this content, the third party receives your IP address, browser information (user agent) and the address of our website, and may read or set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We use this content to play videos and previews, to show the ads that fund the site and to measure traffic.

We use cookies for age verification, session management, and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

If you report non-consensual intimate content or content that may show a minor (with the Report button or on /report-abuse), we keep the links you send, the report type and dates and, if you give them, your e-mail, your name, who you are in relation to the person shown and your description. We use this only to review the report and remove the content, to contact you about it and to stop the same content from being uploaded again. Legal basis: our legal obligations to act on such reports and our legitimate interest in keeping illegal content off the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) and (f)). We do not show your details to the uploader. Reports of possible child sexual abuse material may be passed, with the details you chose to give, to child-protection hotlines, including outside the EU (such as NCMEC in the USA or the IWF in the UK), and to law enforcement. Your e-mail, name, relation and description are deleted 12 months after the report is closed, and for reports about minors not earlier than one year after the report, unless law enforcement asks us to keep them longer. The links, type and dates are kept as a record of removed content. We do not store your IP address with the report. To ask about your data, use the contact form.
